Kathleen Kune

Kathleen is a graduate of Canada’s National Ballet School and from Teacher Training Program. Upon graduating Kathleen obtain her Register Teacher Status with the Royal Academy of Dance, and her associate in National Dance with the ISTD for National Folk Dance. Before going to NBS Kathleen attended George Brown College’s Dance Performance Program’s in Toronto.

Kathleen is a versatile teacher and teaches ballet, jazz, lyrical, conditioning, and folk. Kathleen has been teaching throughout the GTA for over the past seven years and teaches both recreational and competitive classes. Kathleen’s choreography has won numerous judges special awards, and a few overall’s at multiple competitions.

Kathleen’s teaching philosophy is quality over quantity, and ballet can be just as fun as other styles. Kathleen enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion for dance and ballet with her students.
